It’s Hanukkah, which means I have to make a Dreidel Card.

Spin a dreidel (or a d4). If you spun a (4) ג, Take the Coffers from the Dreidel Supply pile; ה, Take half the Coffers from the Dreidel Supply pile, rounding up; (3) ש, Put a Coffers on the Dreidel Supply pile (if you can't, take 1 debt); נ, don’t do anything. Then, if there are no Coffers on the Dreidel Supply pile, add 2 Coffers to it and each player puts a Coffer on it.

I like, but, it's way too wordy to fit on a card.

I was able to cut it down a bit, but it's still pretty busy:

What I'd actually suggest is that you break it out into an event; the name is probably a bad name, but you do something like this:

Dreidel Action - Action - $2
+1 Card
+1 Action
Trigger the Dreidel event.
If there's no Coffers on the Dreidel event, add 2 Coffers to it, and each player puts a Coffers on it.

Interesting concept. Always nice to create something by bringing in outside factors.

My first question is how long does it take to spin a dreidel and get a result? Even at 5 seconds this would significantly slow the game down as you have to spin for each card played. This of course may not matter to some, but if it does matter to you and people you wanna play this with, I'd suggest only spinning 1 dreidel per turn. The effects can then scale with how many dreidel cards you have in play to make grabbing them in bulk worthwhile.

Well, the gentiles among us would have to use a D4 anyway.

A quick analysis with 2 Coin tokens on this as benchmark would imply an average yield of 0.5 Coffers (+2, +1, -1, 0) which seems roughly balanced at $2. Of course it is more complex and there is some interaction around Coffers with this so it is a cool idea.

If the dreidel spin takes too long, you could use a D4 as a replacement. Maybe one with Hebrew letters instead of numbers, to keep the reference to the Jewish culture, without slowing Dominion down too much.

Not necessarily. In a “set” (probably a promo set) this would probably come with a Dreidel.

That's not realistic by a long shot. Some of us do print fan cards but I never go so far as to make extra tokens (gotta print them, mount them on cardboard, cut them well) or whatever extra material the cards need but rather use what is available anyway.
