Alright. :P Guess I need to update the wiki to make it clear there are two distinct parts to the Buy phase.

I find the argument compelling.

My current ruling is, Capitalism'd Black Market buys do not stop you from spending Coffers tokens.

I should have mentioned "literal-minded programmer types" when I was arging against the awful "Possession lets you take other players' -$1 token" ruling.  :P
