Find a setup where in 1 turn you can with an (uncooperative) opponent you can give them arbitrarily many points (say at least a googol) while ending the turn with negative victory points yourself.

Possession, Mission, etc count as extra turns.

Tomb in the kingdom, Ambassador them a Fortress and infinite loop a trashing attack? You'd have to add in a discarder to get it back out of their hands again.

But there isn't an attack that lets you force your opponent to discard a card of your choosing. So long as they have something else to discard, they can hold on to the Fortress in hand.

Why use Fortress? Maybe Council Room their entire deck into their hand then, over and over again: Lurker to get an Action from trash, Ambassador to give it to your opponent, then trash it with some attack or other?

Yes there is, and it also trashes itself and gives you two junk cards.

Well you can always send 4 Fortresses their way and if you hit all of them make them discard down to 3.

The main issue here is to figure out a way that you can be sure that your opponet is unable to prevent you from setting up your infinite loop, and that is kind of difficult. But maybe you can do a combination of the empty the supply on T1 puzzle and the infinite loop to prevent them from being able to do anything.

I suspect there's some solution involving Tomb and Thief (or maybe Pirate Ship and Treasurer). That sure seems like the easiest way of giving them points.
