Oh no, Navigator is definitely the most horrifying thing in Seaside.
The fingers, bro. Count the fingers. Also, what the hell is he even doing? He's not hoisting up the part touching his face, so he's either holding that contraption awkwardly, or it's coming out of his eye like some kind of ungodly Terminator thing. And what's he doing with that nob? Whatever it is, he's enjoying it too much and it makes me uncomfortable.

That thing on the First Edition Intrigue box: the one whose head can spin around backwards and is staring right at you.

Surely Militia is more intimidating than Moneylender. It's got the two guys sneering at you, and one them clearly has something horribly wrong with his eye.

While trying to think of scary art it just occurred to me, after years of playing, that trading post's picture is focused on a guy creeping around a tree.  I mean, obviously I could see the dude, I just never realized how little the actual trading post is involved in the picture.  It almost seems like it could be the art for bandit, rather than the dancing lady in black clothes with two swords

When I was doing adventures I was thinking about borrow but the guys who are down begging on the ground in alms haunt me
