I even agree with whoever said it, I think TWM, that theorel’s vote on mcmc seemed a bit like a bus!

I actually am much less sure of that once I realized that scum only has two players. Scum with only one partner wouldn't buss early like that, whereas a scum with two partners would be more likely to do so.

Can somebody with a better memory than I (or who has played these more recently than I) tell me how much scum partners with daychat have typically interacted within game? Does their ability to talk in QT make them more or less likely to directly interact here, or does it depend largely on the players?
Having had a scum QT with daychat that I never used it had zero impact on me.

Reason is that he has stayed completely away from the mcmc wagon. It is obviously the biggest thing going on in the game, but he hasn't voted for him or defended him. He has just ignored it except to say "reasonable" to me and someone else that voted for him.

If mcmc is town then schadd stays off the mislynch wagon. If mcmc is scum, then I don't expect schadd to act this way, but I don't really think mcmc is scum.

I'm somewhat concerned that we nail scum day-1, and then I get vigged, because of random claims that I'm bussing, without a reasonable chance to defend myself.

Not really something to be somewhat concerned about, lynching scum Day 1 is so great when it happens. I’m sure you don’t want to be vigged, but no one else does either, so.

I agree. This seems an odd fear. Even were I say, a cop, if we lynched mafia D1 I wouldn't be at all bitter about being vigged N1.

Not to mention... being Vigged is an oddly specific way to worry about dying. Not SK'd, not Mafia Killed... Vigged. I dunno. Rubs me wrong to be concerned about that in particular.

We are L-1?

Yes.

TBF - I haven't looked at a vote count this game until just now. I don't see L-1 as a reason to umvote mind you, but had Robz been an uncalled L-1 I would've just derphammered.

That said, L-1 is a good call.

I can't decide if this post is actually towny for stating essentially he wasn't paying attention to the vote count, or if its a purposeful town-slip by skum.

Graendal lounged in her overstuffed velvet chair hanging high above the violet dome. She sipped her wine and smoothed the skirts of her barely opaque streith gown, looking forward to seeing the fruition of her carefully laid plans. The Dreamspike Moridin had given her was working perfectly. Her breath caught as she saw the first body fall limp to the ground. After the second collapse, she licked her lips in anticipation. But no one else died. Furious, she stood and threw her goblet to the non-existent floor. It vanished as she paid it no more mind. Her gown had changed from a shimmering rose color to the roiling black of threatening thunderclouds. Thwarted? By primitives such as these! She felt fear approaching, the doom of facing the Dark Lord's displeasure. But she pushed it aside. She was Graendal, she always had another plan.

Datswan and Awaclus are dead.

I don't think it really hit me until seeing the deaths just now...how tough it would be getting no information from nks.
Well, let's see...without knowing anything else, we're missing a kill, it was either blocked or collided.

Awaclus seems like an unlikely scum kill for either SK or mafia.  He was not exactly highly participatory, not really a town-read.  I guess scum could kill him as a wild-card, but I'd expect lots of others first.  So, I'm guessing he was the vig-kill.

Datswan seems like a more likely scum-kill.  Pretty townie all-in-all, I think, might be worth reviewing his reads to see if scum might have killed him for his suspicions?

Interestingly, both kills are off-wagon.  Ups the chances that scum was on-wagon.  If at least both mafia are on-wagon, that gives pretty good chances of finding them.  Just from final vote-count ww and robz come off a bit scummy.

Glancing back up the page, I'm reminded of this, which I didn't have a chance to respond to yesterday before the day ended.  I was specifically concerned about being suspected of bussing mcmc, so in that instance vig is the only kill I'd be worried about.  I'm not sure why that seems odd to you, but obviously other people agreed.  In hindsight as Robz said, being nk'd after a day1 scum-kill is not really a big deal...I think, maybe I was just feeling good about hitting on what I thought was scum, and kind of bummed out that people thought I was bussing.
