No, they're Glicko-2. I don't think there's a very direct comparison to be made since they're two different algorithms, but I feel like 50 on ShiT is roughly as good as 30 on Isotropic.

IMO for a "rank to rank" comparison, instead of a "skill to skill" comparison when average skill has probably drastically changed

45 ShuffleIT --- 25 Isotropic

50 ShuffleIT - 30 Isotropic

55 ShuffleIT - 35 Isotropic

60 ShuffleIT - 40 Isotropic

~62 ShuffleIT - 45 Isotropic
 
~65 ShuffleIT - 55 Isotropic

But admittedly the lower ranks are hazy and harder for me to compare directly. The most noticeable difference is that top ranked players are far more closely ranked now than in the past, but I don't think the skill differential has closed so much as just it's a feature of Glicko.
