I liked this board, Village, +buy, and quite a few options. Shelters were funny here since there wasn't a dark card at all lol.

Few things:

Island start to trash Hovel? it seemed good cuz Hovel sucks. Island didn't have a great target cuz shelters, but it did essentially trash a pretty useless Necropolis. Still, is it better than Potion or Spice Merchant to start?

Which brings me to my next point, Moneylender to trash Coppers or Apothecary to utilize them? I did get a bunch of Moneylenders later since I'd always get lots of Coppers to trash for cards, but early on I was definitely going for Apothecaries.

Is Ambassador useless here? I think so, since Estates can turn into Island fodder and you have to waste a buy on them. Coppers can be used or trashed effectively.

4C-Hovel just begs for an Island buy.  Then you can get rid of Necro/OGE even without other good trashing.

You can probably skip Amb here, but I think if you do and your opponent does not, you need a couple Moneylenders... and you also need to be careful when your opponent buys a Curses and sends you all 10.  But if you have a Village/Margrave/GM engine going, you can pick one up later if needed with a spare 3.

I'm not convinced on Apothecary here.  You want to rid yourself of those Coppers, and later on the re-ordering just isn't likely to be very good.

I think you do want one Amb here - for the Coppers, just to keep junk moving around. You can eventually get a Curse and make life a little shitty for your opponent too, so it'll stay useful for awhile.

The Dream opening really is Island trashing Hovel and Amb - then you can hopefully Island OGE and Amb out your Copper, getting reasonably thin pretty fast. You'll need 2-3 Silver this way, but that's not the end of the world.

Apothecary isn't fantastic here - you would rather just not have those Coppers, and you have way better things to do with your time. Particularly since GM is a key card so you can't even always use your Copper for economy. The cost of getting Apothecaries is just too high.

Don't lose the Villge split, but don't be an idiot - maybe Workshop is okay for that, but I would rather get Margraves and GMs quickly and then piledrive Villages. Maybe BoM?
