Rules question about extensions

Are there any rules for being allowed to use unofficial extensions in League matches?

I know one of them reveals the Black Market deck, which seems like an unfair advantage for that player in a league match.

Extensions that provide an unfair advatange are forbidden - like Revealing the Black Market Deck, Deck Tracker etc.

The specific extension is void anyway, since it was about naming cards which is possible now.
