age, attitude about high school: see also liopoil u can call me grhs. schadd now
first name: kevin
last name: decline to answer
location: stop
favorite song: whitewater
hey, i like that band: cool
political views: arguing. also this at present i would join many americans by just saying "numb"
My support always goes to the greyest, least inspiring, least interesting, most boring candidate.

favorite four songs from the undertale soundtrack: quiet water, waterfall, sans, long elevator
favorite tv show: see sig (louie, for posterity)
favorite word in the battle of evermore: hear
favorite law of robotics: the second one
favorite law of thermodynamics: the second law of robotics
other favorite board game: i'm sorry, what was the question?
other favorite board game: oh. probably agricola, unless magic counts
amount of moonlight sonata i can play on piano: only the first few measures, it's hard once there's that lil top voice i learned the first, like, 40 measures of clair de lune tho. i.e., also before it gets difficult at all. like i had lessons or anything but there just isn't a straightforward way to learn/practice doing multiple hand-y stuff other than just trying to do it a bunch of times which is exhausting and could be spent moving plants to other spots
favorite block in minecraft: chlorophyte
keyboard layout: dvorak
oh, i was just reading about that: it doesn't really work. i think the only reason people see wpm improvements is that you get to relearn typing from scratch. i wish i could be old and use qwerty so i could see if it gave me rsi. thus far only fox has been able to make my hands hurt [( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) ??]
highest sc2 placing: gold league BROOD WAR REMASTER EEEEE THE FUTURE IS A LUSCIOUS UNPEELED ORANGE AND I'M A HUNTER-GATHERER
favorite dota man: bane. oh, unless you meant, like, player, which would probably be dendi or something i haven't played in years, nor had i at this point, but the thought of nightmaring people during lv1 meandering still gives me the chills
favorite unicode character: —
favorite smash game: pm my sd card slot and brawl disc simultaneously broke so now i just play melee (from hbc lul lul lul)
favorite video game: ibid.
favorite latin abbreviation: ibid.
favorite book: full dark, no stars
college i'm attending an advisory thing for tomorrow: uiuc
major that i'm gonna fight to the death to be able to finagle: cs
shouldn't you have waited like ten seconds for your about me thing on MS to open up and then linked to that: it's user-restricted
melee main: fox, peach, marth, falco, sometimes shiek, i might keep using puff if grace steps it up but at the same time if grace steps it up then my puff shouldn't be good anymore
favorite fleetwood mac album: tusk
favorite fwm member: christine mcvie and her vocal cord that i'm pretty sure is made out of opioids
summer employment: math tutor, camp counselor for kids with special needs (as someone with a brother with autism i have no idea what the catch-all term is supposed to be but i think "special needs" sounds yucky)
satisfaction with yearbook signatures: verynice. i told one of my friends "u can use as much of this page as u want" and she used all of it. the first line is "you look like salt"

uh, what other items of information are there? ama

favorite smash game: pm
favorite video game: ibid.
favorite latin abbreviation: ibid.
this was supposed to be a triple doozy but i only just realized that pm also works as a latin abbreviation (which the ibids point to as the answer) and it totally wasn't on purpose

it totally works! my hands haven't felt even the tiniest bit sore from typing since switching to dvorak, and they routinely got sore on qwerty. avoiding RSI is a big deal and wpm improvements are not

I just decided to switch to dvorak for this very reason.  I'm typing in dvorak right now (painfully slowly at the moment though)!

it took me about 3 months to get back up to normal typing speed. probably worth it but it feels weird (esp. in instant messaing, like, i wanted to apologize for typing so slow)

What's dvorak?

the most popular "alternative" keyboard layout. designed 80 years ago by not-the-composer.
it's at best 5-10% faster than qwerty, but much better for your hands.
it's built in to all mainstream operating systems, and doesn't require any kind of physical change to your keyboard.

I configured my system to have keyboard shortcuts for switching back and forth between qwerty and dvorak easily.  I'm trying to stay with dvorak whenever possible, but when I'm in a hurry I switch to qwerty.
