Assume a card that says something like:

+ Unlimited Actions

What would such a card cost?  It is seldom you need so many actions and with nothing else on offer perhaps it should cost 3?  Maybe this has been asked before, but I did not find it.

Yeah and maybe it's bump but you can make it stay in play for the rest of the game maybe.

I was surprised by $6.  I would think you still need it in your hand together with +2 or more Cards to get it going and for $6 Gold is available.  There are cards giving +3 Actions, like Crossroads, costing $2, with additional benefit.

I will consider to try it out.  I am part of a group that plays live and sometimes try out new cards.

I think that 4 is the right price but I'd probably prefer Port (and Busting Village with no Settlers in my deck) over this in most Kingdoms. Even if they provide a shitload of actions you still need several of these villages, especially so as they don't draw.
In other words village density is more important than not drawing a card but providing a lot of actions. The marginal benefit of an extra action of a village beyond the second one decreases quickly.

Prince of Scenic Village is pretty good, though. But when you do, all your other scenic villages are dead cards.

Keeping Diadem in mind, I think that +5 Actions for $4 also would be enough. However I would prefer a Scout/Nobles variant:
