The value in the columns in your quote is mu - 3 sigma, which is the value by which the leaderboard is sorted.

Not sure if your question was totally sated by the link to the leaderboard, but I've been wanting to post some of these comments for a while now, so I'll just run them out here.

The isotropish rating is an implementation of the TrueSkill rating system by Microsoft. The parameters used are:

μ: 25
σ: 25
β: 25
τ: 0.25
draw probability: 0.05

What I don't actually understand is why we use TrueSkill at all. The purpose of TrueSkill is to provide a rating method for multiplayer (>2) games, which is all well and good because you can play 3 and 4 player rated games online. The thing is, we don't rate multiplayer games. The only games that are used to generate the ratings are 2 player, non-bot games. It would make much more sense to use the Glicko or Glicko2 systems, which TrueSkill is based on, if we're just doing 2-player ratings. Why? Because its simpler to calculate and to understand, and, its not patented by Microsoft.

Elo would also work well for a 1v1 game, or maybe whatever Smogon uses for Pokemon (some custom Glicko2 derivative), a game with similar levels of both skill and randomness.

There's not like a reason other than that's what dougz chose for isotropic, where I believe it also included multiplayer games. Continuing to use trueskill allowed people to at least believe they could compare current ratings with their past ones. Though nowadays that seems pretty impossible. I've never really understood why after the switch to the MF set of games, the levels of the highest players were suddenly 10-15 higher than we'd seen with the Goko isotropish leaderboard. There was a thread once where this was discussed and yed said the implementation was identical.

If someone made another leaderboard with another rating system I bet people would look at it, and then time would tell whether they kept looking at it in the future.

Don't believe Mic's lies. He's in on the inflation scam like all the other cheaters.

This inflation seemed to apply to everyone. My theory is that we had a much longer period where matchmaking was terrible, so top players won a greater percentage of games.

I had contemplated building a whole new goko salvager infrastructure that would offer ranking history and perhaps multiple ranking/leaderboard displays (I think we've reverse engineered the MF rating model? not quite sure) and some other features I was kicking around. But it seems pointless with the new Dominion online in 2017; it could be still relevant but I don't know what they will offer in the way of the features salvager currently provides.

According to this (https://github.com/aiannacc/Goko-Salvager/wiki/Rating-Systems), the MF rating is also Trueskill, but with an additional daily increase in your rating uncertainty. There are more pieces to the exciting story: here and here.

Bracket of rating systems, anyone?

If we're tossing up ideas, my go-to is least squares ranking on graphs.  It's objective, easy to implement, and can be used in any 2-player (2-team, 2-opponent, 2-whatever) competitive structure.  But honestly I don't know enough about the other ones mentioned to have any sort of opinion on the matter.

Yeah, level 50 used to be a rating that only the very best players achieved. Now anyone can be part of the "level 50 club" (bottom of the linked page. Also, note for werothegreat since he is the only one that updates the wiki*: that page needs updating**)

*anyone can actually update the wiki.
**or a complete remodelling of the page to denote various eras of dominion online***
