Enchantress and Reserves

Opponent plays Enchantress, my turn. If I call say, a Guide, will it be affected by Enchantress? I can see this leaning both ways. Calling a card may not be playing an Action card, but it also may be so.

It's not playing a card, so it's unaffected. The first Action card you actually play is affected.

Calling a Reserve doesn't count for Conspirator for the same reason.

Similarly, Enchantress wouldn't affect a Duration card still out from a previous turn, but it would affect a card set aside by Prince.
