Depends on what kind of Apocalypse, and potentially on if you're in a bunker or not at the time.

If you can survive it, I believe Donald X has said something to the effect of "first to starve loses".

Follow the instructions on the apocalypse card from top to bottom. Resolve the apocalypse for each player in turn order, starting with the player whose turn it is.
