It does not say 'once per turn', so I assume you can buy it as many times as you want, as long as you have the buys. If you have that many dead actions, cool.

Just once. Abilities of the form "when x happens do y" happen once per x.

Well vice-versa, reactions contradict this.

Sorry the rules for Reactions aren't better. Sorry if that sounds like belittling or something; it isn't. Moat was played originally (went into play, sat on the table once used); I changed it to "reveal" because it was weak. Then we didn't know if you'd revealed it yet, is that the same Moat or a different one, but that wasn't an issue ever... until Secret Chamber. We haven't seen your hand and so don't know if that's the same Secret Chamber or what and well that's how I ended up with the rules for Reactions that I have. If I had it to do again they would be played (and Moat would be different in whatever good way).

That's what makes Reactions special. If every card could do that, then I could draw my deck every time a trash a Rats.
