Edit: nope, I can try, but then it says:
"You cannot delete your own topics in this board. Check to make sure this topic wasn't just moved to another board."

It makes sense that you can't, though, right? If you could delete whole threads, you'd be deleting others' posts without having either mod powers or their permission.

You should be able to delete your own thread if no one else has responded to it (in case you realize that you posted it in the wrong place), but that might not be an available option.

Should even be able to delete threads which people from your buddies list started.

there isn't a fair way to allow it, either—somebody starts a thread that has fairgrounds in the title but then in a half hour when i'm finished typing my reply it'll say sorry, this thread has been deleted
