A couple edge case questions:

ThroneRoom + Champion - does this cause +2 Actions for each action? This would cause Diadem to be worth more.

BonFire + Champion - do the effects of +1 Action and blocking actions continue if Champion was trashed?

Yes, to both.  Champion does not have a "while this is in play" clause.

Similarly, Procession + Champion works for the same reason. Same with Procession + Hireling.

I thought this referred to a copy being in play, and Throning a card only plays it twice, it doesn't mean that there are now 2 copies of that card in play. I would think that Throning champion would not give +2 Actions when you play an action card.

Oops...  Your right. I was worried there for a second that I had always played Highway, Goons etc. wrong.

Champion +1 Action (and +1 Action for Champion instance just played!)

Sounds right to me. Exactly the same as throning a cantrip except 1 additional action because you had a Champion around when you play the second Champion.
