Dominion: Ultimate Balance Edition

We all love Dominion. But even Donnie X. agrees there are some dud cards. Yeah, I'm talking about you Adventurer. And I see you hiding back there too, Scout. And, while I applaud the effort that goes into countless threads trying these bad cards playable, these efforts only prove that these cards will just never be any good. Harsh, but true. But if we can't make the worst cards good, there's only one option left:

Nerf everything until true equality exists.

So as a community, let's create the perfectly balanced game we all strive for. I'll start with my proposed re-balance of an unfairly advantaged powerhouse.

Scout is looking better already.

There's not a mask ugly enough to diminish Sea Hag's beauty.

I can't see things from imgur for whatever reason. So I don't know how OP Scout is, but if it even so much as draws a card, it should be worth $5.

I bet there are tons of funny images here. I'll never be able to see them :(

That's equivalent to Hearthstone's Warsong Commander nerf... Worse than useless.

Completely out of the context of this thread, I wanted to point out that bad cards are still interesting for casual players which do not know how bad they are. If their effect is interesting, people can still have fun while not caring that much for competitiveness. I had a lot of fun with thief for example, before discovering he was bad. A few of such cards, could exist in every set and they could be excluded from random online play, unless people decided to include those cards in their game purposefully.

It is possible of course that a card has an interesting effect and attracts casual players as well. But still it looks like there is room to create cards that would appeal more to casual players, without hurting the core target group of dominion players.
