This could easily get overpowered. Maybe "during your next Clean-up phase, draw up to as many cards as you currently have in hand then discard down to six; or discard any number of cards, then draw up to 6 cards."
Also, putting "or" between the two options makes it clearer. The first time I read it I thought it was all one effect and didn't see what you were supposed to choose between.
