Easy mode, assuming you only have to set aside Estates you have in your deck at the start of the game:

CCCCC
pay Baker token, buy Borrow, buy Inheritance, inherit Islands

T2
CCEE
Play E, set aside E, buy E

T3
EECCC
Play E, set aside E.

You can't Inherit Victory cards. It was my first thought too :)

To tell the truth, I intended to write "Set aside all your Estates on your Island mat in 3 turns." Of course the answer is ThroneRoom-Ambassador. I am finding a way to set aside 3 Estates.
