Red goes first

Welcome to the 6P Codenames version. Table talk between players is allowed and encouraged in this forum, dear agents: please put talk between spoiler tags and dear spymaster: please don't click on them.

Once one member of the agent team commits to guessing, she enters the word in bold and unspoilered. Either spymaster can verify the guess.

I have randomised (except for my position as spymaster) the players into the following arrangement:

Doesn't Red usually go first?  I guess it doesn't matter as long as the starting team gets an extra word.

Blue teammate -- any ground rules?  I'm fine with either of us submitting official guesses if we are super sure/it is obvious.  When it isn't obvious, talking it through it helpful.  What do you think?

hello red teammate: since I'm in Europe, our times may be off. So why don't we do this for a strategy: when we get a clue, the first person to arrive at a thread lists their guesses in spoiler text. The other makes those guesses publicly if they agree. That way we both get to make guesses, but we don't have to wait a billion hours for each turn while we form a consensus.
EDIT: CONFUSED STRIKETHROUGH AND SPOILER COMMANDS!

The randomiser randomises who goes first and who gets one word less.

I just realised that unlike Boardgamegeek, the spoiler unveals on mouseover, not on click. Oh well, have to get used to scroll bars I think.

I'm also on euro time (though has a trip to US next week) so we should be fine. Tactics seems sound

I'm thinking HORN rather than BOMB. I see merit in what you're saying, but I think HORN is more likely to be associated with a car.

But I agree with you on CRASH and would be okay with making that our first guess.

I didn't think of car at all with HORN, but see it now.  Car bomb is, unfortunately, the first thing to come to mind nowadays.  I'm okay with either guess.

I came up with exactly your set of 4 guesses. The only other one that I can fit is HAND (well, and HORN, but that's confirmed blue...) You pick the next from our guess list, that way I can avoid blame if it's wrong :-)
