Grand Fence
5$ - Action
+1 Card
+1 Action
+1 Buy
+2$

When you play this, the player to your left names a card.  You can't buy that card this turn.

I like it.This is a Combination of Grand Market and Contraband. The twist is that you don't want to play many of these a turn or else you will end up only buying junk. I think you should only buy two Max. :)

Nitpick: +buys are written before +$s.

At least it should be balanced enough, since it's clearly better than Contraband, but still a weak card. It could also be pretty interesting in the kingdoms where it's good enough.

This really seems interesting! Though I think I'd probably go overboard with it. XD
