Jeez, I totally forgot about innervates :(

How about

Auchanai, Innervate, Innervate, Tree of Life ?

Auchenai + Tree of Life only does 30 damage. Sorry :(
It does 1-30 damage, and more than that against Adventure mode heroes with more than 30 life.

Ah, wasn't sure if it actually worked like that. Thanks.

In other news, puzzle (Eight) will soon be impossible due to the Warsong Commander nerf. It is a sad day for Hearthstone puzzle enthusiasts.

I added solutions for 1-5 here, in case you guys didn't see.

5] 3 preparation, 3 ancestral call -> sorcerer's apprentice, flamwaker, cho-> spam mind vision   needs 3 manager, and only 1 if you're lucky.
You guarantee it for 2 if you play sorcerer's apprentice manually

This doesn't actually work unless you get lucky, because if you don't get Lorewalker Cho last, then he'll put the Preparation and Ancestor's Call into the opponent's hand, where they can be taken by Mind Vision. You can do it guaranteed for 5 mana, by playing the Apprentice and Flamewaker by hand.

Here's the solution for #11, which again is no pre-turn effects, no Echo of Medivh, opponent face untargetable, opponent has arbitrary cards in hand, nerfed Warsong Commander, and you have at most one copy of each card in hand:

Sorceror's Apprentice (8 mana left)
Ancestral Spirit (7)
Faceless Manipulator (2)
Feign Death (2)

At this point, you have 4 Sorceror's Apprentices in play.

Innervate (4)
Flamewaker (1)
Ancestor's Call -> Archmage Antonidas (1)
Commanding Shout (1)
Fireball -> Archmage Antonidas (1)
Fireball -> Archmage Antonidas (1)
Fireball -> Archmage Antonidas (1)
etc.

Ancestor's Call / 0% RNG contingencies:
If Ancestor's Call summons Mal'ganis (or any other targetable non-deathrattle minion) for your opponent, you can just Fireball it before Fireballing your own minion.
If it summons Dreadsteed, the Flamewaker will still hit your opponent for 1 every time.
If it summons a Sneed's Old Shredder that repeatedly summons Sneed's Old Shredders, then you can Fireball the Shredder repeatedly and the Flamewaker will still hit your opponent for 1 every time.

If it summons a Sylvanas... that may actually be a real issue. Fortunately the solution uses only 9 cards, so you can throw in a Silence too.
If it summons a Majordomo, then technically you can only do 9 damage to your opponent's face in the worst case, so you need Silence here too.
