Because he wants to give you another chance to draw your cards in the order you need them, that's why he's called Chancellor, duh.

Why does a mere Messenger do what both Woodcutter and Chancellor do instead of being content with delivering stuff to other players?

Without the Vaulted supports, the last time the dwarves tried to dig too deep, the Tunnels collapsed long before they got anywhere near Balrog territory.

She has knowledge of the occult arts and knows Silver repels bad spirits as well as Curses. How she manages to "exchange" them though, i don't know.

Why can having a Feast give you a Cultist, literally?
