13 cards in hand

You have 13 cards in your hand before you played any action this turn. Only 5 cards has been bought/gained until this turn. What are these 5 cards?

Assuming no Tactician we would need 4 Wharfs, we can't play all of them without KCs. We might get a KC with Baron or Coppersmith. (some kind of)Village-KC(Wharf) Wharf gives us 13 cards next turn.

But (Poition)Caravan-Golem-Tactician-Wharf should also work.

:edit: Caravan-Village-Wharf-Tactician of course does it with 4.

No, I just realized that there are not enough cards in your deck when 3 Durations stay outside. So if at all you have to do it with 2 Durations (including multipliers)

edit:

I get 6 cards with (Potion) Golem-Tactician-Lab-Tactician and a Militia for your opponent

6 cards is pretty easy: Anything/Anything/Village/KC/Wharf/Wharf does it, for example.

In the last turn I played a Tactician.
My opponent played a Margrave in his turn, to which I replied by revealing 3 Horse Traders.
Then in my turn I have
3 cards in hand
+5 from Tactician
+2 from HT
+3 HT
= 13 (7 copper, 3 estate, 3HT)


edit: As Anon79 pointed out, my numbers didn't add up  :)

This one works with just 5 cards: Your opponent's Militia isn't necessary because when your two tacticians stay out, you only have 13 cards left in your deck.

Golem, Potion, 2xTactician, Laboratory (many possibilities for this last one, including Menagerie/Hunting Party). Play Golem, dig up Tac1 + Lab, play Tac1 first, play Lab, draw Tac2, play Tac2 discard the other Lab card. Clean-up, both Tacs stay out, other cards (all 13 of them) are either in discard pile or deck.

Next turn, draw them all.


Edit: love ghostofmars' solution, which works, although the counting is perhaps ah, not quite as stated in his post. 3+5+3 is 11, but 3+5+2+3 is 13.
Edit edit: ghostofmars has edited his post so that the counting is correct now :)

And TINAS got the solution I had in mind when posting this :) I wanted to ask a question "How draw 10 cards from 2 Tacticians?" but that would be too easy, so I thought this might have only one solution (and was of course curious about other solutions).

It's a long way from knowing 15-3=12 to 15-2=13, especially in the morning...

This gives you enough card draw, but because the caravans and tactician stay out, in play, and not in your deck, you don't have enough cards in your deck to make this work
