I have to wait like 20 seconds every time I play an Action. Is anyone else having this issue?

Bad wifi has been known to cause this for me on a few occasions.
And of course rush hour at the site.

So, check if you can improve your bandwith, maybe clear some cache, otherwise, you can't do a lot about it.
