I hope this is the right place.
I want to buy my son a blink game (see image for example)


Do you think it will be good for a smart 5 year old?

Who is playing with him? If it's kid vs adult then a game like Uno would be better because it's turn-based. Speed games like Blink tend to be Dominated by adults.

If you'd like an alternative then you could try "Hey, that's my fish?". I gave one to my 5 year old great nephew for Christmas and he's enjoying it.
