I think you better tie that time down a little more precisely.  After all, increase that uncertainty to within three hours, and all of the sudden you're like "What?  I thought our anniversary was tomorrow?" and couch time for you.  (Assuming it was PM for the sake of this joke.  Also, who wakes up at 9AM to propose?)

It was, in fact, AM. Otherwise it would be 21:something.    We are morning people. The proposal was after breakfast and after a walk by the lake. The idea was to propose early and then enjoy the rest of the day together. I planned activities around the city relating to early dates we had together. It went over very well.

Nope. "Yum, what great pie!" CRUNCH! Then it's a trip to the dentist with a messy ring on her finger. I do live next to a great dentist, though.
