Salvager lets you add cards you haven't bought?  I highly doubt Making Fun is comfortable with this.

I love Black Market as well. Rather than specifically adding it to Kingdoms, I typically set it to come up with 3x the frequency of a normal card in Salvager's Kingdom Generator (as outlined in this thread: http://forum.dominionstrategy.com/index.php?topic=11749.0).
