Prince of Watchtowers?

Okay, so this might be more of a question about "Is this a PlayDominion bug"? than about rules, but since it is kind of about the interpretation of rules and because I know somebody is going to raise an edge case rules question in a reply...here goes.

I am playing a game hosted by an opponent who has Prince (Dingan) available and this is the randomly generated board:

Code: [Select]
Moat, Fishing Village, Market Square, Shanty Town, Watchtower, Festival, Ghost Ship, Junk Dealer, Fairgrounds, Prince
Prince is still a novelty to me, but I look at this and think "Prince of Shanty Towns...nope; Prince of Fishing Villages...nope; that's a duration card; Prince of Market Square...meh; Prince of Watchtowers...guess that means you get one extra card per hand? Nope"

But then this happens:
http://gokosalvager.com/static/logprettifier.html?20150209/log.516d4577e4b082c74d7b716e.1423527483550.txt

So...should my opponent have been drawing 3 cards at the start of every turn? If so, well heck: that's pretty bomber, and somebody should update the Prince entry on the wiki. But if not...what should happen, and has anybody already reported the bug?

EDIT: Never mind; I'm a moron. I am continually Ghost Shipping my opponent, and his Prince of Watchtowers is just slurping up the two cards he put on top of the deck plus the expected sixth card.

He should when you Ghost Ship him - you draw up to 6.

You played Ghost Ship. Dingan placed two cards from his hand on top of his deck, leaving him with 3 cards in hand. The Princed Watchtower caused him to draw until he had six cards in hand, meaning he drew 3 cards. No bug.

Watchtower combos with everything, even prince. Didn't you know?

Prince of Watchtowers is pretty meh in and of itself, but it has a few nice combinations. (Prince of Secret Chambers is my favourite.)

Absolutely; Watchtower totally rocks. :-)

I mean, has anybody ever won a game when they bought fewer Watchtowers than an opponent? Doesn't seem likely...

But, apologies all. I somehow completely missed the consistency of my Ghost Ship plays here, since my deck finally came together the minute the Prince of Watchtowers was born.

Without the discard/top deck attack, Prince of Moats would be better than Prince of Watchtower.  But with any discards at all, Watchtower is totally awesome here.

The best part about Watchtower is that when you have it in hand, you can buy a Watchtower to topdeck a Watchtower so you can topdeck even more Watchtowers on future turns.

I sure wouldn't say that. My opponent actually knew how to read the log file (e.g., when I asked during the game what had just gotten Princed).  Me...not so much.  :-\

You're right.  Dingan owes your opponent an apology.

And here I thought it was the whole "running tournaments" thing.  Alas...

I know, I was just being silly.  But the league really has supplanted the need for a large tournament, and I just haven't had the time lately to try to interrupt it.

Yes. (See above where I point out that I am a moron.) So it's not like I couldn't have found the "Dingan puts a card on top of deck" x 2 or "Dingan plays Prince / Dingan sets aside Prince / Dingan sets aside Watchtower" lines in the log, or somehow connected my playing Ghost Ship with an opponent getting to draw up to six cards in hand four or five times in a row. Heck; Salvager color codes the putting the cards back.

I've got nothing here.
