Gaining Grand Markets w/ Stonemason

Apologies if this topic has been raised before - I had a quick search of the forums and couldn't see it.

I played a game with Stonemason and Grand Market on Goko (or Making Fun, or whatever). I had 3 silvers and 2 coppers. I played all my money and bought a Stonemason with the intention of over playing by 6 and gaining 2 Grand Markets. Obviously after I played the coppers the little lock went on the Grand Markets meaning I couldn't buy them ... but the lock stayed there even after I'd bought the Stonemason meaning that I couldn't gain Grand Markets either.

If I'm reading the cards correctly You can't BUY Grand Market with coppers in play but Stonemason lets you GAIN cards, not buy them ... So you should be able to gain Grand Markets with Stonemasons right?

Is this an error with Goko or have I got the wrong end of the stick?

You are correct in your rules interpretation. I gave this a quick look (log). You are able to gain the GMs on goko. The issue is a terrible UI in which the padlock graphic remains there even though the blue + in the bottom right is still clickable.

Aaaaah!

Thanks for that. I hadn't notice the blue + was still there.

Now that that is cleared up I can get back to the important business of discarding all my action cards with Hamlets ...
