Yeah, Dr. Boom is the new Rag. He goes in basically any deck whose curve doesn't top out at Jeeves or Doomguard.
I even saw a Mech Mage using one. It's hard to describe why it's good, but I guess it's just that it's hard to neutralize both Dr. Boom and the Boom Bots. Even if Dr. Boom gets hit by Big Game Hunter, the bots cab at least clean up the BGH and cause some mayhem with their deathrattle. BGH still gives your opponent tempo advantage, but at least it doesn't also give card advantage like it would against a giant or Druid of the Fang or something.

I crafted Doom (and opened Mimiron's head).
I also crafted Enchance-o Mechano, 2x Quartermasters and some rares and commons and old cards.

But I don't think it's any good.  I mean, unless you are running a murloc deck, and who does that with a shaman?

I see King Krush way more than I should too, just because he's legendary.

I don't think Neptulon needs to be in a Murloc deck. 7 Mana 7/7, draw 4 cheap minions that synergize. The overload kinda sucks, but you'll be guaranteed to play some of the murlocs you draw as they are so cheap.

Funny, I haven't seen Shamans in constructed for quite a while now, and none that I can remember in the 10-6 ranks. Neptulon can only be as popular as Shaman.

I think all Krushes you see are from Webspinners. Shamans are suspectible to run out of cards and that's where Neptulon helps

But most of the cheap murlocs aren't great.  I mean, it's better than nothing, I guess.

Not all, as I'm seeing them without Webspinners being played.  I think it's a sort of midrange/control hunter thing that's trying to come out.

Some of them run Gazrilla, but I am yet to see deck with Krush

I mean true, but there's still 4 of them. Compare to Ancient of Lore 7 mana 5/5 that is usually played for 2 cards (real cards since they're from your deck). I'd say crappy murlocs are still worth 1/2 a card each so it's on par.

Neptulon is tons of card advantage. I'm thinking of crafting it.

My list looks more like:

Dr. Boom
(goes in basically every deck)

Vol'jin
(must-have for Priest)

Sneed's Old Shredder
Neptulon
Mal'Ganis
Bolvar Fordragon
Trade Prince Gallywix
Toshley
Gazlowe
(can go in some reasonable decks)

Iron Juggernaut
Gahz'rilla
Blingtron 3000
Mogor the Ogre
Troggzor the Earthinator
Malorne
(possibly usable in something good)

Mimiron's Head
Mekgineer Thermaplugg
Foe Reaper 4000
Flame Leviathan
Hemet Nesingwary
(junk)

Malorne is not possibly useable in something good.  It is a war golem that Jesters your own deck to have more war golems.

Gazlowe's value seems as speculative if not more speculative than Blingtron's.  Sabotage, freezer minions, and opponents who already have a weapon seem like pretty reasonable ways to break the synergy.  Waiting until turn 8 and holding onto two cards just so Gazlowe can be a cheap ancient of lore doesn't seem as reasonable, to me.

Gazlowe seems to be designed for spare parts decks, but is way outclassed by Antonidas for Mages. And anyway the payoff got Gazlowe is not necessarily amazing due to it's random nature. A lot of mechs are good, but the 1-2 drops and stuff like Demolisher and Arcane Nullifier is not exactly what you want on turn 8.

Yeah I first made my list without the breakpoints to explain things and then screwed them up. Gazlowe should be after the break and Troggzor+Malorne should be another group which is "not really craftable, but possibly usable in place of something good".

Also, does anyone know if the Murlocs summoned by Neptulon must be different from each other? Like you can't get 4x Raider?

yeah, he's just card advantage. You're better off with Warlock murlock decks.

I've gotten some pretty good results with murloc Warlock, lately, actually.  It's not that Puddlestomper is awesome or something, but the way most decks are built right now, you can run Coldlight Oracle and not help your opponent too much by it.  It used to be that Coldlight Oracle was this thing that drew you 1 card and drew your opponent 2 cards since you would end up pitching the one you drew to Soulfire instead of free Soulfiring, but now Soulfire shouldn't be in your deck at all so it's a good on-tribe drawing card.
