Allright, allright. Leaving out Highway, Junk Dealer and Oasis, the rest works no matter how you look at it. Bazaar, Market, Treasury and Baker all include Peddler and only have optional bonuses.

I would actually defend highway as a peddler+. it has definitely been designed with that in mind. but regardless, the other four clearly work.

yeah that's a pretty unfortunate interaction. one of the only bad things about BM though.

Correct. Coin Tokens are only used during the Buy Phase. Black Market is still part of the Action Phase.
