I'm equally confused by what's going on over there.  It seems to oscillate between 4999, 5000, and 5001.  To avoid further quantum effects I'm going to split this into a new topic.

I disagree. It just says "a possession turn", which to me makes no implication whether it is your turn or your opponent's turn. And from the context of you gaining a card, we can infer that it is your opponent's turn.

It doesn't say it's your opponent's turn.  In the lack of an indicator, my natural assumption is that it's your turn.  If you say that you do something on a turn, it is implied that it is your turn.
