Yes, a metal that exists for a fraction of a second before spontaneously decaying into something else and does not even occur without ridiculously costly and energy intensive human intervention is totally a valuable substance worth minting into currency.

The Pearl Diver found a dollar at the bottom of the deck.  Rather than reporting it to the player, he's keeping it for himself.  Finders, keepers, as they say.

An additional take on the "Nevermind" text is that Pearl Diver's Action is so weak that one might as well not even bother with it, but I'm not sure that was intentional.

The Pearl Diver found a dollar at the bottom of the deck.  Rather than reporting it to the player, he's keeping it for himself.  Finders, keepers, as they say.

I figured the dollar stood for a Copper and "Nevermind" was just what you'd think when you allready had a Pearl Diver leave it there and now played a second, third, etc Pearl Diver. If you didn't want to put it on top the first time, you won't the times after that.
