I love the card stacking, and get irked whenever I see on stream someone *coughwwcough* with their copper and estates all spread out. Counting is hard. Although it probably irked me too when it first showed up, I just got used to it.
I get a little irked when people complain about voluntary, totally free content. Then I remember it's not worth my time.

Just because it's a gift horse, that doesn't mean I'm not going to look in its mouth.  That's how you get Mad Horse Disease, buddy.

I don't mind if someone has constructive criticism. I like constructive criticism. I want constructive criticism, because I want to make my stuff better. But people know I am not going to put the extension on, so continuing to complain about it is just grating. But what really bugs me is singling me out specifically. I mean, why? Just why? You can actually make whatever substantive point you have there without the reference to me.

It took me a bit to realize he wasn't talking about me.

I only mentioned ww because he was the first person who came to mind who doesn't stack the cards. Why I needed an example, I don't know. I wasn't even sure he didn't have the extension, and certainly was not requesting that he change anything. I don't have a good answer to
I mean, why? Just why?

Great, now we've gone and cranked the Inception up to Xzibit level.

You can also hold a coin in your hand, shake your hand, and the coin disappears. If you shake your hand again, the coin appears again!

I doubt you will get more than the 54 respect that was given for the original posting of that meme.
