Copper with a bonus. Believe me, there are boards where you prefer Quarry to Gold.

Copper = gold with a penalty
"OMG I took a Border Village with Quarry in play, too bad I can't take these duchy and silk road !"

FUUUU I meant Quarry.

And BTW, I think somme Unpopular Opinion Puffin memes should be good about scout jokes, but as a non-Goko-player, I should let other people do.

That being said, Scout is still weak. Narrow cards should be weak/mediocre in most games and awesome with combos. Scout is awful in most games and only passable with combos.

I actually played two Scout games recently one with GH and Harem and another one with GH and Nobles, and Scout was lame both times.

Under an alt? I can find no record of these games. In fact, I can find no record of you ever having played a game with both Scout and Great Hall.

Maybe he was playing on an IRL server.  The chat functions there are better, although the games are slower.

Duration cards tend to not activate on the following turn too. And philosopher's stone lags as hell.

I'm sorry for not realizing that before posting! I realized later that this was probably it.

I played a game yesterday with great hall, nobles, harem, scrying pool and scout. I was severely tempted to buy scout, but I resisted the temptation.

Cultrist
$5 - Action - Attack
+2 cards.
You may play a Cultrist from your hand. If you don't, and if you have 1/2/3/4+ Cultrists in play, set them aside (returning them to your discard pile at end of turn) and each other player gains 0/1/2/4 Lines from the Line pile.

Line
$0* - Action
Return this to the Line pile.
(This is not in the Supply)

what about adding card that will really suck:

Vacuum cleaner
$4 - Action - Victory
+ 1 action
Reveal top four cards from top of your deck. Put all victory cards into your hand. Put the other cards on top of your deck in any order.

It's also the best server for Strip Dominion by far.
