EDIT: the funny thing is, it's actually Bad Luck Brian because the hand just missed being like a palindrome of Ruins.
I don't get it.
It goes RM, RL, AM, RM, RL instead of RM, RL, AM, RL, RM.

I currently imagine mail-mi wearing a dark trenchcoat and a bowler hat, hunched over a bit, toothpick in his mouth, holding a gun in his pocket.  One bead of sweat trickling down his nose.

'And what is it that ye shall hope for? Behold I say unto you that ye shall have hope through the atonement of Christ and the power of his resurrection, to be raised unto life eternal, and this because of your faith in him according to the promise." - Moroni 7:41, the Book of Mormon

But that's not bad luck.  That's just not matching an arbitrarily defined pattern.  The pattern doesn't have anything to do with Brian's goal (to win a game of Dominion), so it's not bad luck.  It would be like if an RNG chose an integer from 1 to 1000 and gave me 583, and then I exclaimed, "Man, that just missed 582!  What awful luck!"

No, it would be like getting 421 and exclaiming, "Man, that just missed 420!"

100 pages of (mostly) awesomeness.  Epic.

(almost) 100 pages -- not till this one is actually full :P
Now it's 100 (plus a bit extra)

Want a true Dominion palindrom ? Dame Anna.
Want a really true Dominion palindrom ? "Dame Anna e mad"
(BTW, in a few days you may be able to read the start of a fiction with a girl named Anna and author named ChocophileBenj... if I'm heartful enough to go on it)

Dominion palindromes? With a little trouble some of these actually can be made to mean something:

No I to Potion
Diadem MedAID
Red art Trader
Inn, ni!
Stash SATs
Madman am. Dam'!
Moore rots -- Storeroom.
Star? Rats!
Altar at LA
Rot, Co-Doctor!
Rail, I'm a Familiar!

Not gonna bother looking for it, but I'm sure this one was done before. Slightly different image, but same joke.

Add Market Squares and suddenly that gets ridiculous...

--draws deck with KC-apprentice--

I play apprentice, trashing a gold, discarding 3 market squares for 3 golds, drawing 3 market squares and 3 golds.

is this legal? I should really know this... I think it is.

Wow, I guess it's rare to have exactly 30 buys, 31 seems much more likely. What +buy did you not KC ?

You can easily get 1 + 3n buys by KC-ing things, but you can often add in some extra buys by having some non-KC'd +buy cards, or the weird case of KC-ing a pawn or Squire.

Uh, it was KC x7 (MaxCity x6, Coppersmith x4, Woodcutter x2, Scheme WTF I didn't need that), followed by City x4, Woodcutter. I guess if I hadn't squandered one on the Scheme, this meme never would have happened.
