Alright, I get it. No trasher needed. Wait...what's not needed again? I forgot. I think you guys need more posts about what's not needed.

It's a trasher.  A trasher is not needed.  You don't need a trasher. :)

So I have no trasher and I'm almost there. My hand is Crossroads, Throne Room, Smugglers, Native Village, Copper. Bridge is on top of my deck and everything else is on the NV mat.

Ok, now I... um... wait, what is it I do next?

Here, I'll show you how it's done.

So my hand is Crossroads, Throne Room, Native Village, Forager, and Copper. Bridge and Smugglers are on top of my deck and everything else is on the NV mat.

Ok, now I play Forager on the Copper and then I... um... wait, are you sure you don't want to buy a Bishop?

Did you just offer to show yourself how its done?

The trasher is on the native village mat.

Edit: Heck, you don't even need a trasher. Native village ALL the cards.
Or you could use Hermit or Death Cart your trasher.
EDIT: Or Dame Anna.

But not strictly better, because the spinoff can have a different cost than the expansion.
