We're starting to see repeats!
How did you remember this and find them???
He has a hieroglyphic memory (and he's a chemist, which also helps).

That was so very, very bad. Especially given that these days, the Middle East is such a highly charged place.

What does that have to do with anything?

Bad chemistry pun on top of bad chemistry pun.

Egyptian -> Egypt ion -> ion is a (highly) charged entity

Oh wow, that's terrible. :)

And I remembered because I was the one that made them!  Finding them was a matter of scrolling through the first few pages of the thread... I knew I'd posted them way, way early on.

Happened to me in this game.
Quote
The 12 chosen cards are Coppersmith, Cutpurse, Explorer, Fool's Gold, Fortune Teller, Haven, Island, Laboratory, Minion, Saboteur, Wharf, and Young Witch.
GwinnR vetoes Fool's Gold.
Inflatable Toaster vetoes Minion.
Before he vetoed Minion, Inflatable Toaster asked me, if he should veto Minion or Saboteur. Thanks for this nice gesture, that's why I let you win ;-)

If Governor is not on the board, my GF often asks me what card I would like her to veto, regardless of who vetoes first.  I still can't seem to win very often, but at least Possession is never in our games. (Unfortunately, neither is Governor.)

Ok:

But first, when he asked me whether to veto Minion or Saboteur, I thought it would be like that:

But fortunately he vetoed the right card ;-)

if you quote a post you will be able to see the board code that was used. But basically what you want is...

Code: [Select]

I always end up digging through the page source to find the URL. I think it's interesting that they have a spoof image source element to prevent image leeching.

I don't learn it  >:(:

As now I know, that the Insanty Wolf isn't the right meme, I hope the Social Awkward Penguin fits better.

Happened to me in this game (turn 9).

I currently imagine mail-mi wearing a dark trenchcoat and a bowler hat, hunched over a bit, toothpick in his mouth, holding a gun in his pocket.  One bead of sweat trickling down his nose.

Without a +Buy, that $10 is absolutely useless in a Province game.  So, that's not even a first world problem.
