Chocolate is like victory points in Dominion. Both taste good but they'll hurt you if you eat too much of it instead of something else in your early days.

Nothing to do with Dominion, but...

Still feels pretty good.
Now to see if it will actually run decently enough.  ;D

That's a rather potent combo.  Even against a skilled player, I feel that Bishop Fortress can easily be the dominant strategy.

Man, there's nothing like that rare feeling when you write a whole bunch of code, and then it actually works the very first time you write it! I think it's happened to me like 3 times.

I think that's more about "That's a strong combo; you didn't need to score infinite points against a player on his 3rd game of Dominion".

This happens to me from time to time:

Sometimes topics come up in my "unread topics list" and I think "I have some great advice on the matter!".
Then I actually read the topic, notice it's an oldie from way back and see my own totally outdated advice. ;D

That happened yesterday. Had a happy ending though: my opponent played a Vault, and I drew my own Vault.

I just have to say, I like the joker/black man pic for dominion memes, but i actually looked at the memes on quickmeme that use this pic, and maybe I'm like, sensitive or something, but it seems like most people just use this to make really bad racist jokes.  It'd be one thing if they were funny...

Doesn't have to be racist:

Thief: "Let me take you out of this dump, my treasure."
Harem: "You've stolen my heart! Of course I'll come. "
Thief: "Ah, sweet victory."

I don't think there's a kingdom where that could happen.

If you replace Gold/Province with Platinum/Colony, then I've definitely depleted the Platinum pile using Mint.

Maybe somebody goes overboard with Tunnel+Golem.

Would require suboptimal play, but I suppose with Golem you could get some plausible suboptimal play that went towards that ending
