@Julle's meme: There is no way how one opponent can play both a Thief and a Swindler on turn 3. Inserting plural for "opponents" would make it theoretically possible (but would apart from very bad luck need very bad play from the opponent who bought a Thief on turns 1 or 2 ;)).

Necropolis -> Swindler -> Thief

Open Thief/Swindler
Turn 3: Play Necropolis, Swindler and Thief.
And if my opponent opens Mint, I might pick up a Thief. I think that's not a bad play.

I think I would ragequit Dominion forever if that happened to me. Terrible. You'd be left with a deck with just 2 Copper and 3 Shelters.

If Swindler hits Shelters and Poor House isn't out, do they just die?

Yeah. Same thing happens if, for instance, Mining Villages are the only $4 card in the kingdom, and the pile's empty.

Speaking of which, Swindler probably got a bit worse on the whole, now. I haven't played with it in a Dark Ages game, and it still sucks to lose a great card to Swindler, but... Dark Ages cards do mitigate the punishment.

But Donald comes before Doug alphabetically like X before Z, so the first name should be between Donald and Doug.

I don't always give people respect
But when I do I'm a jerk about it.
I've actually given the seventh most respect out of everyone in the forum, so there! /obligatorybeingajerkaboutit

I have no idea where my respect comes from.

I'd like to think that I would have a lot more of it if Forum Games hadn't been cut out.  :'(

Don't you hate the feeling of wanting to upvote someone, but at the same time being afraid that your one upvote will cause their respect to skyrocket and leave you in the dust?........

I live in constant fear that cracking Scout jokes won't be enough to hold my place in the Top 10 Most Respected Players list forever.
