Look at the top 3 cards of your deck. Discard any number of them. Put the rest back on top in any order.

Cartographer and Lookout got married and adopted a son, Juggler. This card lies well within the play-space of published Dominion cards. I like the thematic action of juggling 3 cards plus getting a copper thrown his way for the entertaining act. I have play-tested the card, and it seems fine. Suggestions for improvement are always welcome.

Yeah, just seems like a cheaper version of cartographer. Of course cheaper versions of real cards exist, like Advisor, so there's nothing really wrong with that.

you know, I think this could actually work as a treasure. doesn't have to though.

so a copper that helps you with sifting. not bad. well, not really good either. I think the biggest problem is that it anti-synergizes with itself, on top of being semi weak.

but it's decent. it could totally be an okay card.

you know, I think this could actually work as a treasure.

I feel like this wants to be an action, deck reordering is much better when you have actions available afterwards.
Otherwise I'll just agree with what everyone else has said. The card is fine but it'll fade into the background most of the time.

Certainly seems more interesting to me.  Although the card in OP could be pretty interesting as a cheap Cartographer.  Cartographer has this issue that it's hard to build a deck that has power 5's and sifts for them frequently with Cartographer because just buying tons of the power 5 is often better.  A 3$ version doesn't have that opportunity cost issue.

Wouldn't this do absolutely nothing in almost every game? The only situations that I can think of where this does anything at all are loan, venture, outpost, and black market. Of those, bm and outpost are the only interesting ones.

Well, not so much. I would expect any properly-named treasure to allow me to place an order for at least 20 cars. Although I guess if we are talking about RollsRoyce Phantoms, 5 might be enough.
