That other game lasted about a year, is that typically for online games?
I'm hoping this one should go much faster. The mod dropped out of the last game for example, which slowed things down a bit. I'd expect several months, with the possibility of being eliminated sooner than that.
I'd be interested. I'd need to read the rules again, since I've only played it a couple times. Shotgun russia! Just kidding.
How do the times work for this? As in how long does each phase take in terms of days.
EDIT: Also, this would be the first board I play on a forum, so I'll need to learn the format and such. Is there a spot to see that? I'm sure it's not hard though, and I can figure it out along the way.
If we do play by forum, you can just send PMs with move orders to the mod. So any kind of order like A Spa - Por would be fine so long as it's clear what you mean.
Deadlines would ideally keep to a weekly-ish schedule: three days for spring, three days for fall, one day for winter. Some flexibility, but of course there is a strong drive to keep the game moving forward. Again, I'd rather it not take a year this time, so it would be great if people didn't just disappear.
