Hi All,

I wanted to share some information on a Kick Starter I am backing.  I passed on their first Kick Starter and really regretted it after reading the reviews and watching the videos about it.  But, they are running a new Kick Starter that ends in about 35 hours from this posting.

Galaxy Defenders is a 1 to 5 player cooperative sci-fi tactical miniatures board game where the players, using powerful Agents (heroes) fight together against an alien menace.  The Kick Starter is for their expansions, Operation Strikeback and Extinction Protocol, and at the Galaxy pledge level you can also get the Galaxy Defenders Core Set and Elite Alien Army.  Below are some links to reviews and the kick starter page.

I should also mention that I really like the all-inclusive nature of their Galaxy Pledge level.  This kick starter has tons of add-ons, but if you pledge Moon or Galaxy level you get one of each with your initial pledge.  This is so much nicer than having to continually decide if I want the latest add-on and if it's worth the extra $$.  This way, I just get everything from this kick starter!  Oh, and the value of this kick starter is great.  They posted a few graphs on the kick starter showing that at the Galaxy pledge level I am getting something like 44% off retail.  I did some math on my own and figured out that I am getting prices as good or better than if I were to wait and buy on CoolStuffInc.com and I am getting the Kick Starter Exclusives, which I couldn't get at a retailer.

If you haven't seen this yet, you may want to check it out:

I'd like to know if anyone else decides to back this and/or what people think

Thanks!
