Smallest relative margin of victory?

Curious, who out there has had a game in which they just barely won or lost... when you take total score into account. That is to say, winning 2 point to 1 (lotso curses!) is still doubling your opponent. Winning 25 to 24 by trashing 1 fewer estate is winning by about 4% (1/24). The other day I had this crazy game: http://councilroom.com/game?game_id=game-20111204-113716-20e3f89b.html

Winning 96 to 95.. just 1.06% more VP than my opponent. I went Goons, but never managed to get a double-Goons turn, which was really annoying. I guess I should have bought more. I thought for sure I was losing, considering how many Colonies he had. The end-game Duchies and Farmlands made the difference.

I would guess the absolute minimum (relative to the opponent) is -100% with -X to 0.

Edit: That is of course wrong because -1 to X gives -(X+1)*100%. So we are more or less back at the how many points can you get riddle...

lol. I also just realized I need to obviously discount ties that were won by tiebreaker. Although it would also be interesting to see who managed a tie, or win by tie-breaker, when there was a very large score (not just splitting Provinces or Colonies).

You can probably throw out the idea of 2-point margin games even being in the running (unless anyone around here has ever won 1002-1000?) and just look for the very largest winning score in a game with a 1-point or 0-point margin.

Slightly different category, but this was was vexing:

http://dominion.isotropic.org/gamelog/201111/06/game-20111106-091705-9bde417e.html

Opponent wins by 1 going first. This entailed finding one of two Fishing Villages, one Library, one Bridge (having pulled one of 2 Fishing Villages the previous turn) to buy Province and Estate, pushing his 1 Gardens to 30 cards. Meanwhile, I have 2 Gardens and 29 cards.

Extra points for a huge score without VP tokens! I got my Fairgrounds up to 23 different cards recently, but I've never gotten 25.
