This is a cool idea so I hate to rain on your parade, but in order to make sure both piles are always in the game when one is, you really should have a subtype or an "In games using this..." clause.

Edit: Which is not a big deal except that this card is already so full.

I know, but there is not much space on the cards left to state this. It has to be explained in the "Rules".

Yes, that was somewhat the idea. But isn't it still like that?

i wrote that comment thinking that both effects were conditional. as you wrote this

Sorry, what do you mean?

I think someone, maybe showdown, posted a template for cards. It's probably somewhere in the fan card threads.

well, how did you create these:

I created the original in Powerpoint, transferred them to http://i.imgur.com/rBNBvDc.png, and forgot to crop them to the correct size.
