Does anyone else have this issue? All the other buttons seem to work on the first press.

This happens regularly when you are creating your first game after launching playdominion.com.
It is instant for the second time, but if unrated or casual it sometimes don't generate new Kingdom cards if you are quick enough.

Nope, never ever had this problem. Goko has always been as smooth as the skin of a baby.

It's probably your browser or extension.
