In response to the chat from my stream (about why my client was slow): I'm pretty sure it was my Internet connection. My connection has been acting up lately, in very weird ways too (just yesterday a Google search or browsing f.ds timed out while I was able to download torrents at regular fast speeds, and then closing the torrent client didn't even help), I was streaming on an i7 2.4GHz quad-core CPU so I don't think that should be the cause, I only had problems during my own turns, i.e. when I had to send data, and normally when my Internet connection works fine, I can stream and play Dominion at the same time without a problem (like at the beginning of this stream, too), and closing the stream fixed the problem.
