Each player (including you) reveals cards from their deck until they reveal a card costing 3 or more. you put yours on top of your deck and discard the rest; each other player discards his and shuffles the revealed cards back into his deck.

Is this to strong or weak ? should it give +2$ or only cost 4$ ???
I think its pretty powerfull in the earlygame but fades in power lategame when provinces and duchys are bought and it could become a deck mucker for yourself so its a tricky call when to get it.

I've also thought about a reverse sage/non trashing saboteur attack. The problem, as you brought up in another thread, the fact that it can hit a Duchy or Province and actually help the opponent. The shuffling may be too much to ask of an attack

I am putting the following card in my set:

Archer
Action/Attack - $5
Each player (including you) reveals cards from his deck until he reveals one costing $3 or more. He either discards it or puts it back; you choose. He discards the other revealed cards.
+3 Cards

So other than the fortune teller/reverse sage attack, it's also a stronger smithy. If you reveal a victory card or a dead action card, then it's basically +4 cards.

Is it too good early on?

EDIT: Didn't notice the "shuffle back in" effect.

the Thing i thougth about this kind of attack is that my version hits very hard if stacked early on thats why the bonus is just money and no +card thing.

I like it at $4.  Also, you should probably say "an action or treasure card costing at least $3"

It took me a few reads to get that you weren't supposed to put all of the revealed cards on your own deck, so you might want to tweak the wording.

Same for me.
