Worst. Setup. Ever.

Trying to come up with the kingdom that would involve the most painful setup possible:

Young Witch, Black Market, Hermit, Urchin, Marauder, Familiar, Island, Native Village, Trade Route, Baker, Fairgrounds.
(Tournament, Pirate Ship, Goons, Monument, Bishop in Black Market deck.  Colony and Platinum in use.  Shelters in use.)

This would necessitate the use of:
- Room on the table for 28 f-in piles.  11 action cards, 4 Victory Cards (Estate/Duchy/Province/Colony), 5 treasures (Copper/Silver/Gold/Plat/Potion), Curses, Spoils pile, Ruins Pile, Mercenary Pile, Madman Pile, Prize Pile, Black Market Deck, trash.
- Four types of tokens (VP, Coin, Trade Route, Pirate Ship)
- Four types of mats (Island, Native Village, Trade Route, Pirate Ship)

Also include all duration cards in the BM deck just to clog up the table more during gameplay :)

The Fairgrounds is mostly to be nice, since you might be looking at 12 points apiece for them in this kingdom!

Pirate ship and haven. You don't need kingdom space for everything since even in the black market, the setup rules apply.

Haven doesn't have a mat, I don't think?

All great points, thanks!  Fixed!

Haven does not have a mat.

This game would be fun to take a picture of in full setup.  Or if you're at PAX or something and you want to look as geeked out as possible.

I'd have RATS in the kingdom just because it's a bigger pile.

I would add Rogue or Graverober to require the trash to be spread out so you can see its content. Also add some diggers to put more cards on the table while playing them (especially HP).

Yeah, move Familiar and Trade Route into the Black Market and put in Graverobber and Forager.

How many piles can be made with the release of Adventures next week :-) ?

The two travelers, at least one reserve, and all events released.
